Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telehealth and in-person triage
- Prioritize cases based on acuity using evidence-based protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care coordinators
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients on home care and follow-up procedures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years triage/ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities across diverse populations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred
