Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using provided digital triage tools and diagnostic equipment
- Prioritize patient acuity levels with advanced monitoring systems and electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians using telemedicine platforms and real-time data transmission
- Document patient encounters using our integrated EHR system with mobile charting capabilities
- Train on new medical equipment including point-of-care testing devices and vital sign monitors
- Maintain inventory and calibration of provided diagnostic tools per hospital protocols
- Participate in emergency response drills utilizing our simulation lab equipment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (CO) with minimum 2 years ER experience
- BSN or higher degree preferred; ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telemedicine platforms
- Experience with digital triage systems and point-of-care diagnostic equipment
- Exceptional critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for high-pressure emergency situations
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
