Qualifications
- Active RN license in California with 3+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications with current renewal dates
- Proven expertise in emergency department or urgent care triage protocols
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong proficiency in Epic or similar EHR systems
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
