Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and medical histories to determine urgency of care
- Delegate cases appropriately to nursing staff and physicians
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding home care or emergency protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient flow
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
