Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls using evidence-based triage protocols
- Document clinical information accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams on priority cases
- Provide clear patient education and discharge instructions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in quarterly quality improvement initiatives
- Support emergency department overflow when needed
Qualifications
- Current AZ RN license (or willing to obtain immediately)
- ACLS/BLS certification (training provided)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
