Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments via phone and in-person triage
- Prioritize cases based on severity using established protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Coordinate with physicians and care teams for critical cases

Qualifications
- Current RN license in Minnesota (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- Basic ECG and medication administration skills
