Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using advanced triage protocols and digital health tools
- Utilize telemedicine systems to provide remote consultations for non-emergency cases
- Collaborate with ER physicians using real-time diagnostic data from provided equipment
- Document patient encounters accurately in our EHR system with mobile charting devices
- Train on new medical technologies and equipment as part of continuous professional development
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance while handling sensitive patient information
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California with 3+ years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telemedicine platforms
- Strong critical thinking skills for rapid decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with digital diagnostic equipment (ECG, pulse oximeters, etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
