Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity using standardized triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to prioritize critical cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with real-time updates
- Provide compassionate patient education during initial assessments
- Coordinate seamless transitions between care units
- Respond to high-volume emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong proficiency in Epic or similar EMR systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
