Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in home/clinical settings
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status
- Collaborate with RNs and care teams remotely via EHR systems
- Administer medications under supervision
- Support patients with chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active NC CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
