Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures (4-handed dentistry).
- Prepare instruments, trays, and treatment rooms for patient visits.
- Take and develop dental X-rays and intraoral photos.
- Manage patient records, handle insurance verification, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols (OSHA standards).
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive, comfortable office experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Assistant certification (COROP, CHAA, or equivalent).
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates with a license are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Dedication to patient comfort, safety, and hygiene.
