Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, reporting any abnormalities immediately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the Registered Nurse or Physician.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or valid RN/LPN license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Basic Arrhythmia Certification (ARRT) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or home health setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
