Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status to ensure optimal recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care plans, procedures, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and wellness.
- Maintain a sterile and safe clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
