Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Implement patient education plans and discharge procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (FL RN) or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg preferred)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (Epic/EMR systems preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
