Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during night shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
- Mentor new nursing staff as needed
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 1-year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility for rotating schedules
