Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care, ER, or ICU settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to emergency situations
- Supervise LVNs and nursing assistants for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or Texas (state-specific)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
