Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or eligible)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- New graduates and career changers strongly encouraged
- BLS certification required (provided if needed)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
