Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone triage and prioritize urgent cases

Qualifications
- Active NY RN license with minimum 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with pediatric/adult triage protocols preferred
