Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms accurately.
- Assist nurses and physicians with medical procedures and equipment operation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team regarding patient status.
- Document all patient interactions and care plans in electronic medical records.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA license in the state of Minnesota.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not always required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to patient-centered care.
