Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health status accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support rehabilitation programs under nursing supervision
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and resident families
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
