Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status accurately.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
- Communicate patient updates effectively to the nursing team and physicians.
- Document care provided and observations in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered California CNA License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced healthcare setting.
