Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Provide basic bedside care and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure patients are well-nourished and hydrated.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in patient rooms and common areas.
- Document patient care activities, vital signs, and medical records accurately and timely.
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas, wheelchairs, or stretchers as needed.
Qualifications
- Current and valid State of Arizona CNA Certification.
- Proof of current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or home healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
