Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care for elderly clients (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care team

Qualifications
