Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Support daily living activities for geriatric and post-surgical patients

Qualifications
