Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth nursing assessments and patient monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments via remote monitoring systems
- Document patient interactions and outcomes in EMR systems
- Educate patients on health management protocols
- Respond to patient inquiries and triage urgent cases
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong computer literacy and telehealth proficiency
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual setting
