- Answer multi-line phone calls and schedule appointments accurately
- Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays
- Maintain organized patient records and filing systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years medical office experience preferred
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic/Meditech a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
