Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws across diverse patient demographics
- Process and label specimens following strict laboratory protocols
- Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
- Calibrate and troubleshoot phlebotomy equipment
- Provide patient education on pre-test preparation
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- Active Florida Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Proficiency in venipuncture and microcollection techniques
