Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations with critical thinking and precision
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure environments
