Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, and state nursing regulations
- Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
