Responsibilities

  • &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rates, accurately and in a timely manner.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Serve meals and assist residents with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are respected.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Administer medication as directed by the RN, adhering to strict safety protocols and documentation standards.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, including light housekeeping duties in patient areas.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic care.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

Qualifications
