Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications
- Current Texas State CNA Certification (Licensure required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proven experience in long-term care or home health settings.
