Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding as needed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms accurately.
- Assist nurses with procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergencies.
Qualifications
- Current Virginia CNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients as required.
