Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders and protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, documenting all findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and care instructions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and change in patient condition.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in the State of Nevada.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
