Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient care plans and discharge protocols
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
- Participate in weekend emergency response initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- 2+ years acute care or ER experience
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong electronic medical record proficiency
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
