Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional direct patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives for chronic disease management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
- Respond effectively to critical situations using evidence-based clinical judgment
Qualifications
- Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with weekend shift tenure
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems and telehealth technologies
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and adapt to changing census needs
