Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with on-call rotations
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Mentor new staff and uphold departmental protocols
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license with at least 2 years acute care experience
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
