Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary restrictions.
- Medication reminders and monitoring for side effects.
- Light housekeeping and laundry assistance to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Accurately document daily care logs and report any changes in client condition to the nursing supervisor.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
