Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take dental radiographs and perform sterilization protocols
- Manage patient records using Dentrix/Epic software
- Execute infection control procedures following OSHA guidelines
- Assist in restorative procedures and emergency treatments
- Manage inventory ordering and supply chain logistics
- Train new staff on clinical workflows
Qualifications
- Current Washington Dental Assistant certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in dental radiography and digital imaging
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Experience with practice management software
- Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
