Responsibilities
- Delightful bedside care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurate monitoring and documentation of vital signs and patient conditions
- Comprehensive mobility support and patient repositioning
- Collaborative communication with nursing staff regarding patient updates
- Meticulous maintenance of clean and sanitized patient environments
- Assistance with emergency response procedures and first aid
- Support with patient transportation and appointment coordination
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Pass background check and drug screening
