As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for individuals who are patient, reliable, and committed to making a difference every single day.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and errands.
- Monitor the client’s health and report any changes or concerns to the Care Manager.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to the client’s care.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the client's physician.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or Personal Care Attendant preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
