Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentists during procedures
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Manage patient records using our digital practice management system
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Ensure optimal clinic workflow and patient comfort
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or RDA license (AZ)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a dental setting
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and passion for patient care
