Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take dental impressions and X-rays
- Manage patient records and digital documentation
- Ensure operatory cleanliness and infection control compliance
- Provide chairside support and patient education
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (or willingness to obtain)
- X-ray certification and radiography experience
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
