Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take dental impressions and X-rays
- Manage patient records and digital charting
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Order inventory and maintain supply organization
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification or RDA license (PA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in digital imaging and charting software
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR certification
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and precision in all tasks
