Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies
- Document patient information in digital records
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Assist in scheduling and front desk operations
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DANB or equivalent)
- X-ray certification (Oklahoma State Board approved)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy practice
- CPR certification required
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/DentalEZ software
