Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during examinations and treatments
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Manage patient records and scheduling software
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Order dental supplies and inventory management
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification (DANB or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in dental software (Epic, Dentrix, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting
