Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Take precise dental radiographs and perform advanced sterilization protocols
- Manage patient records using Eaglesoft software and digital charting systems
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Coordinate seamless appointment scheduling and inventory management
- Maintain OSHA compliance and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Dental Assistant Radiography Certification (RAD)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general/specialty dentistry
- Mastery of dental instruments and four-handed dentistry techniques
- CPR/BLS certification and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
