Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient procedures.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments.
- Take and develop digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and comfort measures.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
- Manage patient records and insurance verification accurately.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Arizona.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work well in a fast-paced environment.
