As a Dental Assistant at BrightSmile Reno, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care in a comfortable and modern environment.
Responsibilities
- Chairside Assistance: Support dentists and hygienists during examinations and procedures.
- Radiography: Perform and process dental X-rays according to safety protocols.
- Patient Care: Greet patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort throughout their visit.
- Infection Control: Maintain strict sterilization and sanitation standards for all instruments and areas.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock dental supplies and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update patient charts and medical histories.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Training: Willingness to undergo our paid training program.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient movement.
- Requirements: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus but not required for the training program.
