Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping duties
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Transport clients to appointments and errands

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home health aide experience required
- Current Texas HHA certification and CPR/First Aid credentials
