Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical excellence in diverse medical settings.
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records and charts.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact state eligibility).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recent nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- NICU, ICU, or Med-Surg specialty experience preferred.
