Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and patient information in electronic health records
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience during nursing program
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
- Willingness to complete hospital-specific orientation program
